We are considered “out-of-network” providers with insurance companies. This allows us to work together without any restrictions from third-party payers to help give you both the best quality of care and work towards reaching your goals more efficiently and faster. Unfortunately, the current insurance-based model makes it very difficult to treat the human in front of us, and at Dr. Sarah Casey PT, DPT, we chose this method to provide the attention and detailed treatment you deserve. Yes. In the state of New York, patients need a prescription from a healthcare provider. An evaluation is allowed per state law without a prescription but will be needed prior to the second visit.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, credit card, and Venmo.

Sessions are held at 622 New Loudon Rd. Latham, NY 12110 in the office of Dr. Sarah Casey PT, DPT within Her Strength Studio. Parking can be found around back, where you will also enter.

Your 60-minute initial visit will include a detailed evaluation of your entire body, a movement assessment, and provide hands-on treatment and education on the results found during all aforementioned happenings. Our doctors will clearly discuss and establish your goals. Please bring layered athletic clothing, including shorts, for potential manual work and appropriate observation of functional movements.

Follow-ups will be determined on a case-by-case basis, dependent on the findings of your initial evaluation. Sessions include but are not limited to manual work, corrective exercises, general education, symptom management plans for home, and a review of your individualized home exercise program.
