Manual Therapy

This treatment type includes but is not limited to, soft tissue mobilization, fascial mobilization and release, joint mobilization, myofascial release (internal and external), abdominal massage, and scar mobilization.

Therapeutic Exercise

This treatment focuses on exercises specific to targeting an increased range of motion, improving strength, endurance, power, static and dynamic stability, and posture.

Neuromuscular Re-education

This treatment focuses on improving and restoring the normal function of muscles and nerves and includes balance, coordination, movement, decreased kinesthetic sense, and impaired proprioception. The goal here is to learn to move pain-free with ease.

  • This is an opportunity to discuss if Dr. Sarah Casey, PT, DPT is a right fit for you! On this call, we will discuss YOU and the why of your search for care. Our goal is to ensure we send you in the right direction for YOUR best possible outcomes. Know that we care and have a strong passion for LISTENING and hearing your whole story. The health care system can be overwhelming, daunting, exhausting, and leave you discouraged. We are here to help.

  • In this hour-long evaluation, we will assess your entire body’s movement and interactions with each other to get to the root cause of your pain. We will address symptoms, assess movement patterns and develop a plan to support your goals and accommodate your individual needs. Our goal is to push you to perform your best and get you moving often and well for life.

  • During each one-on-one session, we work towards your short and long-term goals established during your initial evaluation. Your individual treatment plan may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and/or neuromuscular re-education, as explained in the “how we treat” section. The goal here will be to continue working towards crushing your goals using our three-step process described under “Our Process”.
